The Shadow Masque Glyphic Design pays homage to all things dark and mysterious. Featuring some rounded elements but mostly sudden and sharp shapes along with a mixture of sharp curves and points the design harken to medieval rosaries and sculptures, masquerades and the occult. Our first in our new range of Raised Glyphics, this design is married with our Obsidian to give it the darkness it truly deserves.
Obsidian is a naturally occurring volcanic glass created when felsic lava rapidly cools with minimal crystal growth. Obsidian is black or dark green; one may also find sections of Gold Obsidian or Silver Obsidian, which is when microscopic pockets of air become trapped during the cooling process.
